What you can expect.
YOUR FIRST WEEKKickstart your weight loss with a special first week of meals and
snacks designed to reboot your body and accelerate weight loss.
During the first week, you'll enjoy a Nutrisystem® breakfast, lunch, dinner,
snack and shake. Plus, you'll add in fresh veggies each day. This special reboot
week is included with our women's, men's and vegetarian plans. For those following
our diabetes plans, you'll begin with week one of your Nutrisystem plan.
WEEK TWO AND BEYONDContinue losing weight with Nutrisystem® meals and
snacks, plus a few grocery foods and Flex meals you’ll add in. Eat six times a
day to promote greater weight loss.
Each day, you’ll enjoy a Nutrisystem® breakfast, lunch, dinner
and snack (men’s plans include two snacks). Round out your meal plan by adding
a couple of grocery items each day: lean protein and dairy (PowerFuels), fruit and
fiber-rich good carbs (SmartCarbs), and fresh veggies.
