What you can expect.

During the first week, you'll enjoy a Nutrisystem® breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and shake. Plus, you'll add in fresh veggies each day. This special reboot week is included with our women's, men's and vegetarian plans. For those following our diabetes plans, you'll begin with week one of your Nutrisystem plan.

Each day, you’ll enjoy a Nutrisystem® breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack (men’s plans include two snacks). Round out your meal plan by adding a couple of grocery items each day: lean protein and dairy (PowerFuels), fruit and fiber-rich good carbs (SmartCarbs), and fresh veggies.
You can expect to lose one to two pounds per week following the Nutrisystem plan!

You choose when to add two flex breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks each week. We’ll provide easy guidelines and recipes for dining out or dining in.
